Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ) is a highly regarded division of the Airbus company, specializing in the production of tailored corporate aircraft that cater to the needs of the elite business and private travel market. This segment was officially launched in 1997, capitalizing on Airbus's extensive experience in commercial aviation to provide exclusive private air travel options.

The launch of the ACJ family began with the introduction of the ACJ319, a variant derived from the commercial A319 model. Its expansive cabin, capable of being customized in multifarious ways, presented a level of comfort unprecedented at the time. This move set a new standard in the corporate aviation industry and attracted notable clientele, ranging from heads of state to high-net-worth individuals.

Throughout the early 2000s, ACJ expanded its offerings, introducing models based on the larger A320, A321, and A330 airframes. Each model boasted increased range and cabin space, catering to long-haul flights and providing luxury akin to a flying palace.
