Repossi, an esteemed Italian jewelry house, was founded in 1957 by Costantino Repossi in Turin, Italy. The brand has maintained a reputation for combining artistic and architectural inspirations with exceptional craftsmanship, which has been nurtured over three generations of the Repossi family.

The journey of Repossi into high jewelry began with Costantino Repossi, who laid the foundation of the brand with a strong emphasis on quality and innovation. In 1978, the house expanded to Monaco, establishing its first boutique on the promenade in Monte Carlo. This move marked the brand's entry into the international market and cemented its association with royalty and high-profile clientele, including being appointed as the official jeweler of the Monegasque crown.

In 1986, Alberto Repossi, the son of the founder, further expanded the brand's presence by opening a boutique at 6 Place Vendôme in Paris, a prestigious address that affirmed Repossi's status in the high jewelry world. Alberto's vision and opulent creations attracted a global audience, making Repossi synonymous with luxury and elegance.

Gaia Repossi, Alberto’s daughter, took the helm in 2007, infusing the brand with a modern and avant-garde spirit. Her innovative approach to jewelry design, blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics, has revitalized the house. Gaia's designs often draw inspiration from modern art and architecture, resulting in bold and sculptural pieces that challenge conventional jewelry norms.

Under Gaia’s leadership, Repossi has continued to push the boundaries of high jewelry. In 2016, she collaborated with the renowned architect Rem Koolhaas and the OMA firm to redesign the flagship boutique at Place Vendôme, creating a space that reflects the brand's innovative spirit.
