Cerri Cantieri Navali
Cerri Cantieri Navali, often known simply as CCN, is a distinguished name in the yachting industry, originating from Italy. Established in 1997 by entrepreneur Carlo Cerri, this shipyard quickly made its mark through innovation and high-quality craftsmanship. Located in Avenza, a neighborhood in Carrara, Tuscany, the shipyard benefits from the region's rich maritime tradition and proximity to the renowned marble quarries.
The company achieved significant recognition with the launch of its first model, the Cerri 28M Flying Sports Bridge, in 2004. This yacht represented a new genre, combining the comfort of a flybridge yacht with the sleek lines and high performance of a sports yacht. The vessel's success paved the way for further innovations and cemented CCN's reputation for blending style and practicality.
Advancing its portfolio, CCN expanded its offerings to include fully customized yachts, addressing the growing demand for personalized luxury on the water. The yard caught the industry's attention again in 2011 when it unveiled the CCN 102' Flyingsport. This model broke boundaries with its impressive speed without compromising on luxury and comfort, further solidifying CCN's role as a leader in elegant, high-performance yachts.
In 2015, a pivotal year for the company, CCN was acquired by the Gavio Group, an Italian multinational with diverse holdings, including well-known yacht brands like Baglietto. This acquisition facilitated further investment in technology and infrastructure, enabling CCN to advance its position in the global market swiftly.
