Gregory C. Marshall

Gregory C. Marshall is a Canadian naval architect whose influence has been felt throughout the marine design world. Born in Victoria, British Columbia, Marshall developed an early fascination with maritime engineering, which led him to pursue and earn a degree in Naval Architecture from the University of British Columbia.

Marshall's career began at the age of 19 when he joined yacht designer Ed Monk, Jr., a notable figure in yacht design, and quickly distinguished himself through his innovative approach to design. In 1994, Gregory Marshall founded Gregory C. Marshall Naval Architect Ltd., a firm that would come to be celebrated for its creativity, engineering excellence, and distinctive designs. One of the early breakthrough designs was the Northern Marine 84, which won acclaim for its innovative approach to composite construction and luxurious interior spaces.
