Stagecoach Festival

The Stagecoach Festival is an annual country music festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Established in 2007, it is recognized as one of the largest and most prominent country music festivals in the United States. The event typically takes place over three days in late April and features a diverse lineup that includes country music’s biggest stars, as well as emerging artists from related genres such as bluegrass, folk, and Americana.

Stagecoach was conceived as a counterpart to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which takes place at the same venue earlier in the month. While initially focused on traditional country music, the festival has expanded over the years, incorporating elements of rock and pop, reflecting the evolving landscape of the genre. Notable past performers have included Johnny Cash’s descendants Rosanne Cash, contemporary icons like Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood, and crossover artists such as Chris Stapleton and Kacey Musgraves.
