With a combined prize fund of $7 million, the Turkish Airlines Open has become a key part of the European Tour schedule since its inception in 2013 thanks to the ambitious vision of the Turkish Golf Federation and Turkish Airlines.

Held at the prestigious Carya Golf Club for the first time in 2016, the tournament provides a pivotal role in the Final Series and will once again prove crucial in deciding who wins The Race to Dubai.
