Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach, G3 Architecture

Armani/Casa is launching a luxury residential project in Pompano Beach, featuring 28 full-floor oceanfront apartments across two 19-story towers, with prices starting at $5 million. Share

Armani/Casa, the luxury interior design arm of Italian fashion icon Giorgio Armani, is set to elevate the South Florida real estate landscape with its latest project, Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach. Positioned at 1550 N Ocean Boulevard, this development will comprise two elegant 19-story towers, offering a total of 28 full-floor residences. This marks Armani/Casa’s return to South Florida after its successful Miami debut in 2020. The project showcases a collaboration with G3 Architecture, renowned for its modern, sophisticated designs, and is supported by prominent developers including Vertical Developments, WellDuo, GCF Development, and SP Developments.

Each residence will occupy an entire floor, granting 360-degree views of both the city and ocean, enhanced by expansive wraparound terraces. The interiors, echoing Armani’s signature style of understated luxury, will embrace a monochromatic palette, allowing the surrounding vistas to remain the focal point. Soaring 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows will create an airy, light-filled atmosphere throughout.

High-quality materials and craftsmanship will define the living spaces. Kitchens will feature European quartz and stone countertops paired with custom cabinetry designed by Armani/Casa. Primary suites will be fitted with walk-in closets by Molteni Dada, midnight bars, and spacious bathrooms designed with curvilinear vanities that mirror the sleek shape of the towers. Each residence will be provided with two designated parking spaces, while penthouse units will include three.

Armani spoke about the project, sharing, “This new residential project, the third in the United States, is one of the most exclusive of those I have carried out to date. I found the integration between the architecture, the natural landscape and the ocean particularly inspiring, and I was excited about the possibility of working for a demanding clientele, being able to convey my vision with complete freedom.”

The property’s amenities will cater to the luxurious lifestyle associated with the Armani brand. Residents can expect access to a 45-foot lap pool, a cutting-edge fitness centre, a world-class spa, and an exclusive residents’ lounge. Outside, the development will be surrounded by a park designed by landscape architecture firm West 8, leading seamlessly to the ocean and enhancing the sense of connection between the residences and their natural environment.

Tomas Sinisterra of SP Developments expressed the significance of this project: “We’re excited to partner with renowned fashion designer Giorgio Armani as he expands his brand of luxury condos. Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach introduces a new standard of elegance to Pompano Beach, making it a premier destination for those seeking refined condominium living and exceptional design.”

This project adds to Armani/Casa’s impressive roster of global residential developments, which includes iconic locations such as Rio de Janeiro, London, Dubai, Beijing, Tel Aviv, Manila, Mumbai, and Istanbul. Armani’s ventures into luxury living began with the launch of his first hotel in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa in 2010, followed by Milan. The brand continues its expansion, with plans for an Armani Hotel in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, expected to be completed by 2026.
