Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with SOL Properties, is set to launch the Fairmont Residences Solara Tower in Downtown Dubai. This 55-storey luxury residential project, slated for completion by Q3 2027, will offer stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. The residences will feature expansive terraces, private swimming pools in select apartments, and exclusive access to Fairmont’s amenities, including gourmet restaurants, fitness centres, spas, and wellness facilities.

The Fairmont Residences Solara Tower will feature 246 residences with a floor-to-ceiling height of 3.65 meters, with penthouses boasting double ceiling heights of 9 meters. Each floor will contain 4 to 7 apartments on average, including two five-bedroom duplex penthouses with private rooftops.

Apartment layouts with two or more bedrooms will include a maid’s room, and the residences will feature Italian and German high-end materials and Miele kitchen appliances.
