Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, London Gate Developers
The Franck Muller Aeternitas by London Gate — a 450-metre-tall branded residential clocktower in Dubai Marina — is set for completion in 2027. ShareLondon Gate, a prominent UAE real estate developer, has launched the Franck Muller Aeternitas, the world’s tallest branded residential clocktower. Standing 450 metres tall in Dubai Marina, the 106-storey structure features a monumental Franck Muller clock face, visible from six kilometres away, symbolising precision and innovation. The AED 2 billion project marks a significant addition to Dubai’s skyline and is part of London Gate’s broader strategy to roll out AED 8 billion worth of properties in the city this year. The tower offers 649 residences, including one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplex villas, and Sky Mansions. Prices start at AED 1.6 million, with a flexible 40/60 payment plan facilitated by the award-winning One Broker Group.
The tower’s iconic design is crowned by a clock inspired by Franck Muller’s Long Island Collection, known for its bold, art deco-style numerals. This design language is integrated throughout the building, with interiors featuring premium materials such as brushed metals, polished marble, and textured fabrics. Curved walls and archways in the lobby reflect the oblong face of Franck Muller’s Curvex watches, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic. The clock itself is a masterpiece, measuring 40 metres high and 30 metres wide, making it a defining feature of the structure and a symbol of Franck Muller’s horological artistry.
Situated in Dubai Marina, the Franck Muller Aeternitas offers a prestigious waterfront address. Residents benefit from proximity to iconic destinations such as Palm Jumeirah, shopping malls, airports, and golf courses. The location combines the tranquillity of waterfront living with the vibrancy of one of Dubai’s most dynamic districts.
The tower offers an array of amenities designed for an elite lifestyle. These include a Zen garden, private cinema, cigar lounge, spa, yoga studio, gym, and swimming pool. Residents also have access to 24/7 concierge services, providing seamless support for daily needs. Additional cultural and lifestyle features include a music room and library, adding depth to the living experience.
Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, highlighted the project’s significance: “This iconic tower will offer unparalleled views of the Dubai Marina with each detail reflecting our shared values of precision, innovation, and heritage for our discerning clientele. We are committed to continue bringing the best-in-class residential projects to Dubai by rolling out exclusive properties worth over AED 8 Billion this year in Dubai.”
The name “Aeternitas,” meaning “eternity” in Latin, draws inspiration from Franck Muller’s Aeternitas watch collection, celebrated for its intricate eternal calendar design.
Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller Middle East and Africa, explained, “The Aeternitas Tower embodies our pursuit of timeless elegance. It reflects our dedication to innovation and craftsmanship, creating a landmark that transcends the ordinary.”
At 450 metres, the Franck Muller Aeternitas will become the world’s tallest residential clocktower and Dubai Marina’s second-tallest building, surpassing Marina 101. Globally, it will rank as the second-tallest clocktower, following the Makkah Clock Royal Tower in Mecca. The clock’s dimensions and visibility make it an engineering and design marvel, aligning with the ambitious vision behind the project. The tower is slated for completion in Q2 2027, delivering an unparalleled luxury living experience to its residents.
