The AED 2 billion project marks a significant addition to Dubai’s skyline and is part of London Gate’s broader strategy to roll out AED 8 billion worth of properties in the city this year. The tower’s iconic design is crowned by a clock inspired by Franck Muller’s Long Island Collection, known for its bold, art deco-style numerals. Curved walls and archways in the lobby reflect the oblong face of Franck Muller’s Curvex watches, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic.
