One Delisle, Studio Gang Architects
One Delisle, designed by Jeanne Gang and developed by Slate Asset Management, is a luxury residential condominium redefining high-rise living in mid-town Toronto, set to open in 2026. ShareOne Delisle is the first Canadian project by Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang, a globally acclaimed architect. This residential condominium, developed by Slate Asset Management, is located in mid-town Toronto’s Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood, known for its luxury, top-tier schools, shops, and restaurants. Designed to integrate with the local environment and cityscape, One Delisle aims to connect people and places through thoughtful design.
One Delisle offers three collections of residences—the City Collection (Floors 5 – 29), Sky Collection (Floors 30 – 43), and the Penthouse Collection (Floors 45 – 47). Each collection features distinct design elements and finishes.
The City Collection offers luxury with three palette options for features and finishes, including porcelain and engineered stone surfaces, premium European hardwood flooring, and custom eat-in kitchens with Miele appliances. The Sky Collection, starting where the tower transitions to a circular floor plate, adds a fourth palette option and elevated finishes. It includes natural stone surfaces, European cabinets, and induction cooking. The bathrooms feature wall-mounted faucets, and residents can choose between wide plank or herringbone hardwood flooring. The Sky Collection also boasts the building’s most coveted outdoor terraces and balconies.
The Penthouse Collection features eight custom-designed residences by Studio Gang, located on the building’s top floors. These penthouses offer spacious outdoor areas, including balconies, terraces, and winter loggias with optional plunge pools. The interiors boast great rooms with fireplaces, dining rooms with glass-enclosed wine cabinets, and custom-built closets. Kitchens are central to each residence, featuring natural or engineered stone countertops, lacquer-finished cabinetry, and Gaggenau appliances.
Each penthouse includes a unique piece of digital art by Petra Cortright, transferred to the purchaser as a non-fungible token (NFT). This artwork adds a modern touch to the exclusive residences. One Delisle, designed to fit into the Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood and the larger Toronto cityscape, transitions from a square base to a circular top. The building’s terraces and balconies connect urban energy with the calm of natural landscapes. Studio Gang’s design incorporates these opposing elements, creating a building that embraces its surroundings.
Adjacent to One Delisle, Delisle Park will be redesigned by Janet Rosenberg & Studio, featuring public artworks, canopy trees, and native plantings. The park will offer space for fitness, relaxation, and social gatherings, enhancing the neighbourhood. One Delisle offers a range of amenities for residents, including a fitness centre, pool, spa, chef’s kitchen, dining room, wine and cocktail lounge, and various social spaces. The wellness-focused amenities include a eucalyptus room, salt room, and dry sauna. The pool area, connected to an outdoor ravine terrace, provides a bright, airy space for exercise and socializing.
Studio Gang emphasizes environmental and civic responsibility in architecture. Their work aims to create sustainable, inclusive designs that benefit all. Jeanne Gang’s ecological approach to design focuses on the relationships between living things and their environment, promoting a balanced and thriving ecosystem. Studio Gang drew inspiration from the German beach chair, the Strandkorb, for One Delisle’s outdoor spaces. These spaces are designed to protect against the elements while allowing sunlight to reach the interiors during winter.
Yonge and St. Clair is a vibrant area with local retailers, restaurants, and essential services. The neighbourhood combines city life with access to green spaces like David A. Balfour Park. The area is well-connected by public transit, with the St. Clair TTC Station providing easy access to Toronto’s major subway lines, making commutes hassle-free.
