Moonrise is an Omakase restaurant located on the rooftop of Eden House, a luxury residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Led by Solemann Haddad, it is an 8-seater multi-course experience that shines the spotlight on the Middle East’s ingredients and culinary stories. Being on a rooftop, the restaurant overlooks the entire city, from the beaches of Jumeirah to the city’s beautiful skyline.

The restaurant serves constantly evolving multi-course menus drawing inspiration from Middle Eastern and Japanese ingredients, techniques and food cultures to tell our story and the story of Dubai through food.

The dining experience is served in a chef’s table format, where you would be seated on a counter just inches away from the open kitchen where the chefs will prepare and guide you through each of your courses. All the while being surrounded by the theatrical backdrop of Dubai’s beautiful cityscape.
