Mayfair’s hotspot, MNKY HSE has established itself as the place in London to 'eat, drink and play'; with its mix of high quality, contemporary Latin American cuisine and Late night DJ sets. Former Senor Ceviche Head Chef, Mark Morrans is the mastermind behind the new menu, using his extensive knowledge and skills to enhance the MNKY HSE’s focus on Latin American flavours.

As a result of Mark’s boldness and love for experimentation signature dishes from his new menu include the likes of Hamachi Tostadas, Seabass Ceviche, Japanese Wagyu Strip Loin as well as instant favourites such as Lamb Shoulder Tacos and Soft Shell Crab Tempura.

The MNKY LNGE (Monkey Lounge) is the exclusive lounge/bar and event space located on the ground floor, with access from both the restaurant and its own door at no. 10 Dover Street.
