Raffles Club
Launched in the swinging sixties, Raffles attracted the city’s glitterati and became the place for London’s movers and shakers
Raffles is one of London’s oldest nightclubs, having first opened in 1967, the club's heritage draws design inspiration from the late 60s.
The ground floor features a bold gold and green colour scheme with deep wood tones and plenty of colour. Dark green marble panelling sits with antique mirror and metallic holographic wallpaper, teamed with velvet trimmed seating and framed pictures of icons.
If the walls could talk then Raffles would spill the secrets of the biggest celebrities from every decade since the sixties. The club witnessed The Rolling
Stones, Vivienne Westwood, Princess Margaret and the best of British bohemianism all letting loose, revelling in Raffles’ irreverent and subversive take
on a private member’s club.
