Bringing together shochu, awamori (the oldest alcoholic beverage indigenous to Okinawa, Japan), and the best seasonal ingredients, the drinks programme embraces the rarity of distilled beverages to surprise and delight spirit connoisseurs.
The food menu draws on the classical techniques of Edomae sushi, Tempura and Robata, offering an overall experience that is an interpretation of the philosophy of a traditional izakaya.
