Maserati completes GranCabrio range at The I.C.E. St. Moritz
Maserati introduced the 490-CV GranCabrio and the bespoke GranCabrio Trofeo ONE of ONE – THE I.C.E. at The I.C.E. St. Moritz, expanding its luxury convertible lineup. ShareMaserati has strengthened its position in the luxury convertible segment with the debut of the new 490-CV GranCabrio at The I.C.E. St. Moritz event. The unveiling showcased both the standard production model and a bespoke GranCabrio Trofeo ONE of ONE – THE I.C.E. creation, highlighting the brand’s Fuoriserie customization program.
The expanded GranCabrio lineup now offers diverse powertrain options to suit varying driver preferences. The newly introduced 490-CV version complements the existing 550-CV Trofeo and the all-electric Folgore variants. The St. Moritz showcase model features a striking Verde Giada exterior finish paired with black brake calipers and staggered wheel dimensions—20-inch front and 21-inch rear Crio (Imola) diamond-cut gloss black wheels.
Inside, the cabin is adorned with perforated ice-colored full-grain leather featuring embroidered Maserati Trident logos on the headrests. Premium amenities include a Sonus Faber high-end sound system with 19 speakers, 3D carbon-fiber accents, and adaptive full-LED headlights with dark finishing.
Performance remains impressive, with the 3.0-liter V6 Nettuno Twin Turbo engine delivering a top speed of 300 km/h and 0-100 km/h acceleration in just four seconds. Standard all-wheel drive and air suspension ensure both performance capability and comfort. The retractable soft top and spacious four-seat configuration make the GranCabrio suitable for extended journeys.
For enthusiasts seeking further personalization, Maserati’s Fuoriserie program offers extensive customization options. The GranCabrio Trofeo ONE of ONE – THE I.C.E. exemplifies this approach with its unique Ice Liquid tri-coat paint, designed to evoke St. Moritz’s frozen lake setting. Distinctive gloss white accents, special badging, forged Astreo-design wheels, and gloss blue brake calipers complete the exterior. Inside, ice-colored leather and 3D touch carbon-fiber detailing create a luxurious environment beneath the Blue Marine soft top.
Maserati has demonstrated the all-weather capability of both the GranTurismo and GranCabrio on snowy roads and ice-driving courses. The brand also showcased its broader lineup, including the Grecale SUV, while the MCXtrema and new GT2 Stradale emphasize Maserati’s racing heritage alongside classic models like the 6CM and 200 SI.
