This unique creation from Pagani’s Grandi Complicazioni division epitomizes the brand’s commitment to exclusivity, craftsmanship, and technological innovation.
The genesis of the Huayra Epitome highlights the symbiotic relationship between Pagani and its discerning clientele. When a passionate car enthusiast approached Horacio Pagani with a dream of creating a singular Huayra that transcends existing models, the project of the Epitome began. Over nine months of conceptual collaboration followed by ten months of meticulous design and engineering, the Huayra Epitome was born. This process highlights Pagani’s dedication to turning dreams into tangible, drivable art.
At the heart of the Huayra Epitome lies a formidable Pagani V12 engine, a 5,980 cc twin-turbocharged powerhouse built to Pagani’s exact specifications by AMG. This engine delivers an impressive 864 horsepower and 1,100 Nm of torque, providing exhilarating performance with a rev limit extended to 6,700 rpm. Uniquely, the Epitome is the first Huayra to feature a manual transmission, offering an unparalleled mechanical driving experience. The advanced seven-speed transverse gearbox by Xtrac, equipped with an electronically controlled differential and a racing-style tripod driveshaft, ensures that the vehicle’s immense power is efficiently and smoothly translated to the road.
The focus on performance is further evident in the Epitome’s suspension system. Designed to minimize dive, pitch, and roll, the suspension enhances vehicle control and safety, allowing drivers to navigate corners with precision and confidence. Additionally, the active suspension system includes a “super soft” mode for increased comfort on rough roads, reverting to its standard setting at higher speeds.

The bespoke wheels, crafted from forged aluminum alloy, draw inspiration from the client’s Imola Coupé. These wheels, paired with Pirelli P Zero™ Trofeo R tires, ensure superior grip and performance, making the Epitome not just a visual marvel but also a track-ready beast.
The design philosophy behind the Huayra Epitome is one of elegance and functionality. Custom-made elements distinguish this one-off creation, including new front and rear bumper shapes, an exclusive front hood with specialized light clusters, and a redesigned rear hood with oversized side conveyors and an integrated wing. These features not only enhance the car’s aerodynamic profile but also its aesthetic appeal.
The front bumper integrates a splitter designed to increase downforce and balance the car, optimizing airflow to the inner radiator ducts. The exclusive light units, with four front light clusters and two DRL elements, improve lighting efficiency while maintaining the vehicle’s purity of form. The rear hood, with its integrated wing and new aerodynamic cover for the rear lights, reduces airflow resistance and enhances the car’s aggressive stance.
