The Brabus Rocket GTS is a new pinnacle of high-performance design and power
The Brabus Rocket GTS combines a 1,000 hp hybrid engine with a sleek carbon fiber body, offering a top speed of 317 km/h and exclusive, handcrafted luxury detailing. ShareThe Brabus Rocket GTS stands as the latest evolution in Brabus’s high-performance lineup, channelling a heritage of power and precision that defines the brand. Designed with a distinctive hyper gran turismo silhouette, this vehicle merges advanced engineering and design to achieve exceptional performance on the road. Its streamlined body, crafted entirely from exposed carbon, offers a low and wide stance that reflects the aerodynamic focus of its structure. Every element has been fine-tuned through CAD, CFD technology, and wind tunnel testing to optimize stability at high speeds, culminating in a hypercar built for those who prioritize speed and detail.
The exterior design is as much about function as it is about form. With meticulously calculated aerodynamics, the Rocket GTS balances downforce on the front and rear axles, allowing for stability far beyond typical limits. A front apron and integrated spoiler minimize lift, directing airflow precisely toward the radiators and front brakes. The exposed carbon skirts lead into the wide rear panels, creating a visual flow that accentuates the width and muscular profile of the rear axle. Here, a diffuser integrated into the rear apron, along with a specialized tailgate spoiler, enhances downforce, ensuring optimal control even at top speeds. Four titanium tailpipes are visible through the carbon diffuser, reinforcing the car’s aerodynamic performance while adding a distinct visual presence.
The Rocket GTS is powered by a high-end hybrid system that combines a Brabus-engineered eight-cylinder engine with an electric drive, resulting in a combined output of 1,000 hp. This hybrid setup places the Rocket GTS among the world’s most powerful vehicles, delivering a seamless blend of performance and efficiency. The combustion component of the drivetrain is a 4.5-litre V8 biturbo engine, capable of producing up to 796 hp and a capped torque of 1,050 Nm, transmitted through a nine-speed sports transmission with both automatic and manual modes.
The electric module located at the rear includes a 150 kW motor paired with a two-speed gearbox, providing additional power to the already impressive V8. This setup enables the Rocket GTS to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 2.6 seconds, reaching 200 km/h in just 9.5 seconds. Designed for high-speed capability, the vehicle is electronically capped at a maximum of 317 km/h, delivering an uncompromising level of power and agility for the driver. The integrated Brabus high-performance exhaust system also features active exhaust valve control, allowing drivers to switch between quieter and louder driving modes as desired.
The performance of the Rocket GTS is further supported by its custom-designed wheels and chassis. The wide fenders house Brabus Monoblock P “PLATINUM EDITION” wheels with five spokes and a centre-lock design. Engineered with advanced forging and CNC machining techniques, these wheels provide both lightweight construction and structural integrity, optimized to handle the demands of high-speed driving. Integrated carbon aero blades within the wheels help regulate brake heat, channelling air efficiently out of the wheel arches and supporting the vehicle’s aerodynamic profile.
Inside, the Brabus Rocket GTS presents a handcrafted interior designed to match its high-performance exterior. Brabus’s team of interior specialists has used premium materials to create a luxury cabin that reflects meticulous attention to detail. The interior features soft, high-grade leather in slate grey covering the seats, door panels, and steering wheel. This material selection offers durability without compromising comfort, while black Alcantara accents the headliner, pillars, and sections of the door trim, adding subtle texture contrasts throughout the cabin.
The seats and center console showcase a unique quilting pattern, known as the Seashell Diamond design, adding both visual interest and refined craftsmanship. Millimeter-precise stitching accentuates the luxurious feel, with Brabus’s signature “Double-B” logo embossed on the seat surfaces. Carbon entry sills and Brabus logos on key areas within the cabin complete the distinctive look, underscoring the brand’s dedication to detail. Complementing the carbon body, the cabin’s trim elements – including switches, vents, and speaker grilles – are finished in matte Brabus “Shadow Gray,” further unifying the interior aesthetic.
The 360° oscillating weight on the caseback of the in-house RD821 Monobalancier caliber takes inspiration from medieval stained-glass windows, an element that reflects the intricate design ethos of Roger Dubuis. Crafted with a compact construction of 172 components and enhanced with 14 hand-finished detailing techniques, this caliber exemplifies Brabus’s dedication to precision. The 48-hour power reserve and 28,800 vibrations per hour contribute to the watch’s seamless function, blending beauty and performance in an exceptionally engineered timepiece. Priced from €945,762 (approximately $1.02 million), each Brabus Rocket GTS is built to order, allowing for customization according to individual preferences.
