Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, in partnership with Blue Iris Investments, has unveiled plans for an unparalleled beachside retreat on the renowned shores of Kalo Livadi Bay, Mykonos. The Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, Greece, set to open in summer 2025, will be the latest addition to Four Seasons’ prestigious portfolio in Greece. Spanning over 60,000 square meters of untouched coastline, the resort will host 94 luxuriously spacious rooms, suites, and villas, each designed to offer panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. This announcement marks the brand’s second venture in Greece, following its celebrated collaboration with AGC Equity Partners on the award-winning Astir Palace Hotel in Athens.

“Expanding our presence in Greece has been a key focus for us for many years, and we have continued to search for the right opportunities to grow in this important market,” says Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential for Four Seasons. “Following the success of our partnership with AGC Equity Partners on our award-winning hotel in Athens, we knew that this new resort in Mykonos would be the perfect addition to our portfolio in this beautiful country.”

Rooted in the rich heritage of Mykonos, the architectural design of Four Seasons Resort Mykonos will be led by the highly regarded Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis. Staying true to the iconic Cycladic style, Valsamakis has envisioned the resort as an elegant ensemble of whitewashed cubic structures, charming courtyards, traditional pathways, and piazzas. Interiors will be meticulously curated by Wimberly Interiors, known for blending timeless aesthetics with modern luxury, ensuring that each space reflects the sophisticated allure of the destination. Every detail within the resort has been carefully considered to harmonize with the natural landscape, maintaining a sustainable approach that respects the island’s fragile ecosystem.
