Four Seasons expands with new luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah

Four Seasons is gearing up to open a new luxury beach resort and private residences in Mina, Ras Al Khaimah, in partnership with RAK Properties. The development will be part of the expansive Mina master plan, a 400-hectare waterfront project that aims to redefine high-end coastal living. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina will include approximately 150 rooms, suites, and signature villas, alongside around 130 private residences.

The architectural concept masterplan is being led by Killa Design, an internationally recognised firm known for its innovative approach to luxury design.

The wellness offering will include ten treatment rooms, a beauty salon, and dedicated areas for families and adults, including pools, paddle courts, tennis and basketball courts, and a fully equipped fitness centre. A dedicated Kids For All Seasons programme will provide engaging experiences for younger guests. The resort will also feature indoor and outdoor event spaces, including a grand ballroom designed for large gatherings.

For those looking for a permanent residence, Four Seasons Private Residences Ras Al Khaimah will offer villas ranging from four to six bedrooms and apartments from two to five bedrooms. Residents will benefit from full-service management by Four Seasons staff, with an experienced Director of Residences ensuring a seamless living experience. Homeowners will also have the option to join a flexible rental programme, allowing them to maintain their properties with expert care while they are away.
