Conrad Hotels & Resorts will debut in Baja California Sur, Mexico, with the anticipated 2027 opening of Conrad Los Cabos. This beachfront resort is located at the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, a region renowned for its dramatic desert landscapes, pristine beaches, and mountain ranges. Hilton has signed an agreement with Parks Hospitality Holdings to develop the property, which will join the eight Hilton hotels already operating in the area. Designed by Legorreta Architects, the resort will feature a terracotta and sand palette, locally sourced materials, and art inspired by the region’s flora and fauna.

“This iconic resort will join our distinguished portfolio of Hilton properties, including Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya and Waldorf Astoria Cancun, elevating the benchmark for excellence in the region. Mexico is uniquely positioned to become a world leader in luxury travel, offering an unmatched combination of cultural richness, artistic heritage, and culinary mastery, all set against the stunning beauty of its natural landscapes,” said Charles Elmann Fasja, CEO, Parks Holdings.

In addition, 43 Conrad Residences will range from two to four bedrooms, with expansive terraces and outdoor areas, providing resort-style living for residents.

Dining will include five venues: an all-day restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a poolside bar and grill, a beach bar and grill, and a lobby bar offering sunset views. The resort will also feature luxury boutique shops and over 500 square feet of meeting space.
