Faena’s unique blend of luxury and experiential hospitality is coming to New York City. Perfectly located by the High Line and Hudson River, Faena New York will reimagine One High Line’s East Tower as its latest destination. Situated at 76 11th Avenue in West Chelsea, Manhattan, between West 17th and West 18th Streets, the hotel is conveniently located near The High Line, Chelsea Piers sports complex, Chelsea Waterside Park, Chelsea Market, and West Village dining and shopping.
The architectural design of the building is led by Bjarke Ingels, founder of design practice BIG, known for his innovative and striking designs. The interiors for the east tower, including the hotel, have been crafted by Parisian design firm Gilles & Boissier, who has previously worked on prestigious projects like the Baccarat Hotel New York, Ritz-Carlton New York, and Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid. The west tower interiors and the amenities podium are being handled by Gabellini Sheppard, while Enea Garden Design NY is responsible for the landscape design.
The resort will house 120 rooms and suites, offering views of the Hudson River or downtown Manhattan. The innovative culinary concepts and the expansive 17,000-square-foot Tierra Santa Healing House spa ensure that guests have access to world-class dining and wellness facilities.
Guests and residents will enjoy access to Faena’s signature amenities. These include innovative culinary concepts at a 5,000-square-foot restaurant led by a renowned celebrity chef, and a 17,000-square-foot spa, Tierra Santa Healing House. The resort will also feature The Living Room, a premier nightlife venue with live entertainment, private dining, and outdoor terraces.
Faena Rose members will have exclusive access to The Living Room, which offers a unique nightlife atmosphere. Members will also benefit from a one-year Faena Rose membership, in-residence dining and sommelier services, housekeeping, exclusive access and preferred pricing at Faena destinations worldwide.
Faena New York at One High Line is part of Accor’s luxury portfolio, which includes high-end brands like Sofitel and Raffles. Faena partnered with Accor in early 2021 to expand globally beyond Miami and Buenos Aires. Originally, Dubai was to be the third Faena location, but New York became the next opportunity after new ownership took over the mixed-use project. Faena New York will open in the East Tower of the building by the end of 2024.
