The redevelopment honours the legacy of the Watkins family, who established the original hotel’s tradition of excellence. With a vision that respects the site’s history, The Athens Group’s plans enhance the resort’s facilities while introducing a vibrant new lifestyle. The Naples Beach Club will span 125 acres and feature a 216-room Four Seasons hotel, approximately 150 luxury residences, and an array of amenities curated by Discovery Land Company.
The guest rooms and suites are designed to capture the essence of a private beachfront estate, with spacious layouts, walk-in wardrobes, luxurious bathrooms, and private porches. Guests will enjoy world-class dining with Gulf views, beachside gardens and pools, and upscale retail spaces.
The residences at Naples Beach Club reflect the relaxed elegance of beachfront living. Designed by Hart Howerton, with interiors by Champalimaud Design, the homes seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces.
