Zannier Hotels and NEOM collaborate to develop Zannier Zardun, a luxury eco-resort in Saudi Arabia’s Magna region, featuring native fauna restoration and sustainable guest experiences. ShareZannier Hotels has partnered with NEOM to develop a new luxury eco-resort in Zardun, located in the Northwest of Saudi Arabia along the Gulf of Aqaba. Zannier Zardun, known for integrating its projects into natural environments, will be set in a semi-desert landscape that stretches from the mountains to the sea. Set across four square kilometres of Zardun, the resort will be located in a carefully restored desertic landscape. This area will flourish with native flora and fauna, offering a serene escape. The resort will feature 100 rooms and suites, dispersed across three distinctive signature buildings, each themed to provide diverse experiences for guests.
The experience begins at a specially designed experience centre, which will greet guests with an underground entrance that leads to a panoramic 360-degree observation deck. From this vantage point, visitors can take in the full beauty of Zardun, providing an intimate encounter with nature. Guests staying at Zannier Zardun will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of transformative experiences. These include educational programs focused on nature conservation and rewilding, alongside recreational activities such as trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing, stargazing, meditation, and yoga.
